Check the exact device

Menu names and behavior can vary by US hardware revision and firmware. This guide was researched from official material, not tested on a physical router.

Applies to: Verizon WNC-CR200A, ARC-XCI55AX, ASK-NCQ1338 and ASK-NCQ1338FA gateway models.

Official evidence: Verizon Internet Gateway local admin addresses, Verizon 5G Home Equipment Identification.

Before you begin

  • Check the back/bottom physical label before selecting an IP address.
  • Connect to the gateway's actual local LAN rather than mobile data or an unrelated VPN.

Important: These admin addresses are model-specific. ASK-NCM1100 and LVSKIHP have NOT been assigned either IP by this collected source.

What to check / do

  1. For WNC-CR200A or ARC-XCI55AX, the Verizon guide lists https://192.168.1.1.
  2. For ASK-NCQ1338 or ASK-NCQ1338FA, the Verizon guide lists https://192.168.0.1.
  3. On a currently customized network, use the client device's actual Default Gateway; vendor default IP might have changed.
  4. Open locally only while connected to the correct gateway and sign in using the legitimate administrator credentials from the label or the account owner; never provide them to RouterFix.
  5. If you see a local certificate warning, verify you are connecting to your own gateway and follow the current official Verizon security guidance, not a random login mirror.

Verify the result

  • Expected Verizon local admin page appears for the specific model.
  • No password is submitted to a third-party external service.

If the result is not what you expected

  • Stop changing settings if you cannot identify the model or a reliable administrator recovery path.
  • Use the exact manufacturer support link below and quote your hardware label, firmware version, and what changed.

Restore / undo

No settings need to change. Disconnect VPN/mobile data, or return to automatic addressing if a test static IP was assigned.

Evidence, limits and editorial disclosure
